Morning! I am so excited for our trip this year! My husband has not experienced Disney at Xmas so I booked MVMCP and Jollywood! Day 1 when we arrive from our cruise to Pop is there bell service and will they take our luggage to our room?

Season's greetings, Amy (even if I'm a few months early!). Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney!

The holidays are such a wonderful time at Walt Disney World, and it's so special that you'll get to experience it all with your husband! From the festive decorations on Main Street, U.S.A. to the EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays, The Most Magical Place on Earth feels transformed by holiday spirit and Christmas cheer!

Amy, it sounds like you're in for one INCREDIBLE trip. A Disney cruise plus TWO holiday parties in Disney World? Well, that sounds like a dream come true! Like you, I'll be attending both Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party and Disney Jollywood Nights this year - so I know exactly how excited you're feeling!

Now, I know you'll want to make the transition from your cruise to your resort as convenient and seamless as possible. While your luggage won't be delivered directly to your room at Disney's Pop Century Resort, I do still have some good news.

When you arrive at Pop Century, you'll find Bell Services just outside the main entrance (it's on the right-hand side of the doors). You can drop your luggage off there and head straight into the parks! When your room is ready, return to Bell Services to pick up your luggage. You can either carry them to your room yourself or ask Bell Services for a hand. They're always happy to help!

Before I let you go, I want to talk about FOOD! The holidays bring some seriously spectacular snacks to the parks, especially during Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party, Jollywood Nights, and the International Festival of the Holidays. Since I take my provisions and libations VERY seriously, I always like to check out the Foodie Guides for these events before I show up to party. These haven't been released yet, but I strongly suggest keeping an eye on Disney Parks Blog as your visit draws closer.

I hope this helps, Amy, and that you and your husband are immersed in holiday spirit on your upcoming visit! If you have any other planning questions, I'm always here to help!

    Cheers,

    Allison
