    We want to do the morning at AK (for Extra Magic Hours), and then head to MK for a 3:50pm reservation at Cinderella's Castle. What are the "Must See" attractions at AK for a 4 & 6 year old? And how long will it take us to get from AK to MK?

    I love early mornings in the Animal Kingdom. It's such a beautiful park with exquisite details to admire!

    Recommended attractions:
    Kilimanjaro Safaris
    Pangani Forest Exploration Trail
    Maharajah Jungle Trek
    Camp Minnie Mickey character greeting trails
    Festival of the Lion King show
    Train to Rafiki's Planet Watch
    TriceraTop Spin
    The Boneyard Playground (allow extra time - this is paradise for young kids!)
    Discovery Island Trails and explore the Tree of Life (try to find your favorite animal on the tree!)

    When departing the Animal Kingdom, allow 45 minutes to one hour of travel time. I would take a bus from the park to the Contemporary Resort (this should take 25 minutes) and then walk over to the Magic Kingdom.

    If the kids want to ride the monorail, take the bus from the Animal Kingdom to the Transportation and Ticket Center, then monorail to the Magic Kingdom entrance.
