I will be 7 months pregnant, I am enquiring about transport around the WD parks? And what I can do if not with my family?

    Hi Julie,

As someone who has traveled to Walt Disney World while pregnant, I can tell you that you should be fine walking.  In fact, the exercise will most likely be good for you.  Just make sure you have comfortable shoes and take things at a slower pace than normal.

There will be several attractions that you'll want to opt out of for safety reasons.  Don't worry, there are signs that list when pregnant women should take caution or avoid an attraction.  If you're family goes on an attraction without you, take the opportunity to people watch or catch some of the performers at the park.

If you feel you need a wheelchair, there are some available for rental at the parks.

Hope this helps. Have a magical vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Diane, Georgia

After spending 25 years in RI, my husband and I relocated to GA with our youngest, who is now in high school. I took my first trip to Walt Disney World when I was 11 and I have traveled many times since then with all different party sizes. From creating our first itinerary as a honeymooner to later creating magical experiences for our multigenerational family gatherings, every aspect of planning a vacation has been pure joy to me.  Learn More About Diane
