We have 3 months we're looking at planning our Disney vacation... our top dates are Nov. 7 & 8... will the water rides/pools be open? Or should we reschedule for our backup dates in February or April?

    Hi Marilyn,

November is a great time of year to visit Walt Disney World!  The weather is still wonderful for swimming.  The resort pools and water rides are open.  You'll even be able to visit Disney's Typhoon Lagoon and Disney's Blizzard Beach if you choose to.

You don't even have to worry if it gets cold...Disney heats their pools if the water dips below 75 degrees.  So no worries, Marilyn; you'll definitely be able to enjoy it all!

If you have any other questions please don't hesitate to come back and ask.  We're always happy to help.  Thanks for visiting the Moms Panel.  Have a magical day!

Magic Kingdom still takes my breath away, but my favorite place to be is on a Disney ship looking at the horizon and breathing in that crisp, clean ocean air!  I love planning Disney vacations for others and making sure it's more than they dreamed. Learn More About Marisol
