I make monthly payments for our annual passes. How do I cancel them & not have to make the payments anymore?

Hi Tiffany! Welcome to planDisney! Thanks so much for stopping by and sending us your question.

As a Walt Disney World Annual Passholder living out of state, I can say that it's so nice to visit the magic often! It sounds like you have Pixie Dust Passes since this is currently the only annual pass that allows for payments. Once purchased, annual passes are nonrefundable and cannot be canceled as mentioned in the Disney Annual Pass Terms & Conditions at Walt Disney World Resort. If the passes haven't been activated, the amount paid for an unactivated, expired pass may be applied towards the purchase of a new annual pass or ticket at the then current price so long as the new pass or ticket purchase price is equal to or greater than the amount paid for the original pass.

I know this answer isn't what you were hoping for. I'm not sure if you are a new or former Florida resident, but I hope you can find time to use your passes at The Most Magical Place on Earth. If you need help with planning, we are always happy to help at planDisney!

    Wishing you magic!
