I have the monthly annual pass, but I unfortunately need to cancel it, because I'm trying to pay for firefighting academy and buy a house, so I can't afford it any longer. how do I cancel?

Hey there, Scott! Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

Walt Disney World has introduced a few policy adjustment options for those Annual Passholders who are on the monthly payment plan, like yourself! Specifically, your options are to receive an additional one-month (30 days) extension to your pass(es), or in lieu of the additional one-month extension, you may choose to cancel your annual pass(es). If you choose this option, monthly payments will be stopped starting August 12, 2020, but for full details on how this will work for you and refund guidelines, you’ll want to visit Disney’s "Annual Passes: Know Before You Go" page or contact V.I.PASSHOLDER Support at (407) 939-7277.

As an Annual Passholder, you should be receiving an email soon (July 14th, 2020) highlighting the above options, but as always, if you have any other questions please let us know.

Be sure to tell Mickey I said hello during your next visit!
