Hi, there!
Stephanie I'm so excited to hear about the visit you're planning. Your heart is going to just melt when you see your
littles ones experience the magic of the Walt Disney World Resort!
Traveling with small kiddos to the theme parks certainly requires some additional planning and even some additional packing. Oh, but it's so worth it! As a mom of three, I very much recommend taking your 15-month along with you to Magic Kingdom Park. My family made our first trip as a party of five last summer, and it was one we'll never forget! There were some logistical things my husband and I had to work out since we were outnumbered for the first time, but watching our baby girl's face light up with joy was priceless. There's 7-year age gap between our oldest and our youngest, so we made sure to experience lots of family-friendly attractions together. My daughter took a mid-morning nap in the stroller every day and while she snoozed, my husband and I took turns taking our bigger kids on the attractions she wasn't big enough for. It was a win-win situation; the baby got the rest she needed and the big kids got the thrill they needed!
To make your day at Magic Kingdom Park as easy as possible, be sure to have a double stroller. We always take our own, but strollers are also available to rent. I also suggest taking advantage of the Baby Care Center conveniently located at the end of Main Street, U.S.A. It's the perfect place to whisk your little one away for a break amid an adventure-filled day!
If you decide that your family's needs would be best met by keeping the baby behind, an in-room sitter is your only option. Reliable childcare can be booked through Kid's Nite Out at kidsniteout.com or by calling (407) 828-0920.
I hope this was helpful. Please let me know if you have any other questions!
