Can you take a 9 month old on any rides with you

    Hi Emma!

Thank you for sending in your question to the Walt Disney World Moms Panel!

A baby can accompany you on most of the rides at Walt Disney World.  I realize that may sound strange if you are only familiar with regional amusement parks, but it is true!  Most of the attractions at Walt Disney World were designed with the whole family in mind.  Very few attractions have a height restriction, and those are the only ones that would restrict a baby going on them.

That said, there are of course a few attractions in each theme park that a baby can't go on.  Those are mostly thrill rides, such as Space Mountain in the Magic Kingdom, Tower of Terror in Disney's Hollywood Studios, and Expedition Everest in Disney's Animal Kingdom.

My wife and I have taken our boys to Walt Disney World every year since they were babies and we have always enjoyed every trip.  Besides enjoying the various rides and shows, you might also enjoy a Disney Character Dining Experience.  If you decide to try, just remember not to rush any interactions with the Disney characters!  Some babies love interacting with the characters, while others are completely terrified.

I hope this helps!  Please write back with more questions!
