Hello. We have a 7 month old, we’re a family of 4 and would like to get on rides. Do you still do the family switch? I’m not sure that’s what it’s called but when we can all wait in line and the parents take turns to get on the ride while one stays w baby

Hello there, Mandy! The Walt Disney World Resort wants to make sure that every family can enjoy a visit to The Most Magical Place on Earth! That includes families with little ones! And, in your case, that means very little ones! Congratulations!

The practice that you are referring to is known as Rider Switch at the Disney Parks! Rider Switch allows one adult to stay with a non-rider, while the other adult waits in line to experience an attraction. Once the first person who rode the attraction is done, the other adult who waited with the non-rider, is able to experience the attraction without waiting in line! That is a pretty great practice when you have a seven-month-old! This practice can be used in all of the Disney Parks during your visit!

Mandy, don't forget that there are Baby Care Centers available throughout the Disney Parks! This might be a great place to visit while the other adult waits in line to experience the attraction!
