I have a 3 month old and I am an exclusive pumper. The baby will be staying with grandparents while my husband and I visit Epcot. I know about the baby care centers, but want to make sure I can bring my breast pump and ice packs?

Hi Claire! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

What a fun date day you have planned with your husband! My husband and I LOVE visiting Epcot together, especially during the festivals. Since the Epcot International Festival of the Holidays has so many tasty treats to enjoy, we like to share each dish so we can try more items. There are a LOT of choices!

You will be happy to know that you are welcome to bring in your breast pump and ice packs. You want to avoid any bags or coolers larger than 24" long x 15" wide x 18" high, as well as loose ice (ice packs or ice contained inside zipped bags is fine). You will have to take your bag and/or cooler through security, so just keep that in mind when you are packing your items. It will be easier if everything is easily visible for the Cast Members to see when they are checking your bag.

Like you mentioned before, you can use the Baby Care Centers to pump. The private nursing rooms are amazing and have outlets for you to plug in your pump, if needed. There are also sinks and microwaves available if you need to clean your pump before you leave.

I hope this helps, Claire! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
