Hi, there!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Shanelle. I'm so excited to hear you're planning a
Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
Visiting the theme parks with a little one in tow is exceptionally magical. Your heart is going to just melt when your see your sweet baby's face light up with joy! I'm happy to tell you there are lots of
family-friendly attractions that you can enjoy together. As infants, my kids most enjoyed attractions with gentle tracks like Peter Pan's Flight, The Seas with Nemo & Friends, and Under the Sea ~ Journey of The Little Mermaid. They also loved boat-ride attractions like "it's a small world," Jungle Cruise, and Na'vi River Journey. Now that my oldest kids are a little bigger, they're more hesitant to board "dark" attractions, but as babies, Pirates of the Caribbean and Haunted Mansion didn't phase them at all! Even bumpy attractions like The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh and Kilimanjaro Safaris are fun for babies who are sitting on a parent's lap.
Did you know that there is a conveniently located
Baby Care Center in each of the four theme parks? The Baby Care Centers are the perfect places to take your little guy for breaks throughout the day. Each one features a changing room, private nursing room, a living-room area, and an onsite shop with baby care essentials for purchase. My babies have always preferred to be changed in the Baby Care Centers rather than in the public restrooms, and what baby wants, baby gets!
I hope this was helpful, Shanelle. Please let me know if you have any other questions about visiting the Walt Disney World Resort with your little guy!
