Welcome to the Moms Panel Keith!
Seeing a little one in a cast is just a heartbreaker. They have no idea why they now have this thing on their leg. They only understand the frustration of it slowing them down.
I have a son with Cerebral Palsy who uses a stroller as a wheelchair. When you arrive at the first theme park of your visit, head to Guest Relations and tell them your daughter will be using her wheelchair as a stroller because of her cast. They will give you something to go on her stroller so that Cast Members will see that she is using it as a wheelchair. That way you'll be able to take it through the queues.
If there are queues that require Guests in wheelchairs to enter through alternate queues, a Cast Member at the entrance will give you a return time to come back to the attraction based on the current wait time. When you return, you'll be directed to an alternate entrance.
If you see that your daughter needs a break, remember there are
Baby Care Centers in each of the parks. There are also
First Aid Locations in the parks if you feel she needs any assistance there as well.
Please feel free to visit with any other questions. We're hEAR for you!
Wishing you minnie magical memories :-) Allison V.
