    Hi Lindsey,

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.

First off, it’s great to hear you’re planning to stay at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. I had the opportunity to stay there recently and I can tell you that the whole resort atmosphere makes for a most special experience. You'll love your stay.

The Grand Floridian is one of the resorts on the complimentary Resort Monorail Loop that also makes stops at Magic Kingdom Park, Disney’s Contemporary Resort, Disney's Polynesian Village Resort, and the Transportation and Ticket Center (TTC).  You access the Monorail Station boarding area from just outside the second floor of the Grand Floridian Resort main building. Monorail transportation at Walt Disney World is free and, in my opinion, is an attraction in itself! So, if you board at Grand Floridian, simply stay on the Monorail until the next stop at Magic Kingdom Park.

You can purchase the  Memory Maker package online, and you can take advantage of an advance purchase discount.

    Enjoy your Disney!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
