Hello Jackie,
As the current
British Mum here at planDisney, it truly is bibbidi-bobbidi-beautiful to welcome you here today!
Oh boy! I'm so excited to hEAR that your lovely family has what's sure to be a practically perfect in every way upcoming holiday this April at
Disney's Polynesian Village Resort. "The Poly" as my family fondly calls it, is one of our favourite Disney Resorts Collection hotels! We love everything from the welcoming "Aloha" atmosphere of Disney's Polynesian Village Resort, to its close proximity to the enchantment of the
Magic Kingdom Park.Another heigh-ho for Disney's Polynesian Village Resort is that it conveniently connects Guests to the
Walt Disney World Monorail Transportation system that can whisk travellers to and from the Magic Kingdom Park, Disney's Contemporary Resort, the Ticket and Transportation Center, and Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa.
Plus, let's not forget that the EPCOT Monorail and the Express Monorail service both originate from the Ticket and Transportation Center and offer Guests an express round-trip service to
EPCOT and the Magic Kingdom Park.
Jackie, I must be honest in saying that due to ongoing maintenance to the Walt Disney World Monorail Transportation system, it's actually really tricky for me to know if the Monorail will indeed be running to its full capacity during your upcoming stay. My best advice is for you to enquire with Cast Members upon check-in to Disney's Polynesian Village Resort as they will be able to provide the most up-to-date transportation information and travel guidance.
One of my own greatest joys is planning my Advanced Dining Reservations for upcoming holidays to Walt Disney World Resort! For me, there's truly nothing like dining my way around the most magical place on earth. Jackie, I'm happy to share that
Guests who are staying in a Disney Resorts Collection hotel have the pixie-dusted perk of being able to not only begin making their Advanced Dining Reservations at 60-days prior to Resort check-in, but also for a further 10-days into their magical stay! And lastly, I love that you've asked about one of the most magical dining locations at Walt Disney World Resort -
Cinderella's Royal Table. Jackie, like you, I'm wishing on a star that one day soon full Character Dining will return to Cinderella's Royal Table, but for now, all I can suggest is that you keep a keen Ear on the
Disney Parks Blog for all Disney-related announcements including for the return of Character Dining and experiences.
Jackie, if you should have any further questions concerning your upcoming April holiday to Walt Disney World Resort, then please do pop back to me here at planDisney.
Have a great Disney day ~ Jane
