Welcome, foolish mortal! Thanks so much for stopping by planDisney, Steven.
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is the most spooktacular event of the year. From
Mickey's Boo-to-You Parade to trick-or-treating around the park, there’s magic (and candy!) around every corner. Whether you’re dressing up as your favorite Disney villain or just there for the snacks, it’s a frightfully fun time for ghouls and boys of all ages.
But you gotta figure out how to get home after all that fun, right? You'll be pleased to know that the
monorail generally operates until about an hour after
Magic Kingdom Park closes, which includes the extended party hours. That means you’ll still be able to catch a ride back to your resort or the Transportation and Ticket Center after the festivities. Disney won't leave you stranded at the park (which always kinda disappoints me).
Here’s a pro tip: if you’re staying until the very end of the party, lines for the monorail and buses can get a bit long as happy haunts make their way home. If you’re up for it, linger in the park as long as possible to soak in the ambiance and let the crowds thin. It’s the perfect time for some spooky photos with the glowing pumpkins on Main Street, U.S.A. Happy haunting, Steven!
