Does the monorail run to all parks? When going to MK, could we just park at TTC instead of taking a tram to the TTC.

    Hi Rachel!

Thanks for your question! There is a monorail line that provides service to Magic Kingdom and the Magic Kingdom area resorts (the Polynesian, Contemporary, and Grand Floridian Resort & Spa). In addition, there is a monorail line for Epcot. You can board any of the monorails at the Ticket and Transportation Center, however to get to/from Magic Kingdom and Epcot, you'll have to change monorails at the Ticket and Transportation Center. Other Walt Disney World theme parks can be accessed by Disney bus, or in some cases boat, depending on your point of departure.

Magic Kingdom differs from the other Walt Disney World theme parks because the parking lot is not immediately close to the entrance. Instead, if you wish visit Magic Kingdom and drive your vehicle, parking would be at the Ticket and Transportation Center. It's not very far, but it isn't "walking distance" to the Magic Kingdom. From the parking lot, which is huge, you can take a tram rather than actually walking to the T&TC itself. (Much like at other Disney World parking lots, where the lots are really big and while you could walk, the tram is found to be more convenient by most.) Once you are in the T&TC, you can board the monorail, or even a ferry to get across to Magic Kingdom.

As a side note, if you are staying at a Disney resort and decide to take a bus to Magic Kingdom, you will be dropped off in front of the Magic Kingdom theme park.

Hope this helps! Feel free to come back to the Moms Panel if you need any more help!
