Does the Monorail still run through the Disneyland Hotel?

    Hi there, La Dana!

Thank you for stopping by planDisney. I am so happy you sent us your question!

I fondly remember boarding the Disneyland Monorail from Disneyland Hotel when I was a child. It was such a magical experience! Although the Disneyland Monorail is no longer connected to Disneyland Hotel, it is now located just a short walk away in the Downtown Disney District. From the hotel, Guests pass through a security station and then walk a little further to arrive at the Monorail station. The Disneyland Monorail can take you to Tomorrowland in Disneyland Park, where you can fly through the stars on Space Mountain, explore a galaxy far, far away on Star Tours - The Adventures Continue, and visit some of our favorite fish friends on Finding Nemo Submarine Voyage!

Disneyland Hotel Guests wishing to visit Disney California Adventure Park can enjoy a leisurely walk through the Downtown Disney District to arrive at the main entrance. Along the way, grab a hot coffee from Starbucks or a delicious smoothie from Jamba. I always enjoy the early morning walks when the weather is crisp and everyone is eager to begin a fun-filled day at Disneyland! Suppose you are looking for a more direct way into Disney California Adventure Park. In that case, Guests staying at Pixar Place Hotel and Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa have their own separate entrances into that park. All three hotels have unique features!

La Dana, I hope you have a wonderful visit to Disneyland Resort! We hope to see you real soon!
