    When will the monorail at the Polynesian Resort be reopening?

    Hei hei and hey Leila!

    The newly refurbished, Moana themed rooms at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort are sure to provide you with some sweet dreams. When the hotel reopened earlier this month, many hoped the monorail station would be back in business too. But anyone who has ever had some remodeling done on her kitchen, understands construction time is hard to predict. Currently no announcement has been made about when the Polynesian stop will be active again.

    There is a pathway for an easy stroll from the resort to the Ticket and Transportation Center where you can catch a monorail. At times during construction, busses have been running between the TTC and the Polynesian Village as well. Boats ferry you over to the Magic Kingdom and busses transport you to and from the other theme parks and Disney Springs. Adventurous Guests with good sneakers can walk to the Magic Kingdom via Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa's Magic Kingdom walkway.

    Before your stay is over, you must try the Kona coffee from Kona Cafe and enjoy a Dole Whip from the Pineapple Lanai.
