    Can we take the monorail to one of the resorts on the loop and eat at a counter service restaurant if we’re staying at Pop Century? Don’t like the restaurant open now in Magic Kingdom at the moment. Will the buses be running to the parks? Thank you

    Howdy Tamela!

    From one Alabamian to another, welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!  I have not met many people with the name Tamela, just like me!  I am so happy you shared your questions with us!

    My family and I love Disney’s Pop Century Resort, and now with the Disney Skyliner, this resort is “Practically Perfect in Every Way!”  The Disney Skyliner will transport you to EPCOT and Disney’s Hollywood Studios!  For transportation to the Magic Kingdom Park and Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park, there will be bus transportation provided.  If you decide to eat at one of the Walt Disney World Resort hotels, then I highly recommend having an advanced dining reservation to ensure access to that resort.

    While vising the Magic Kingdom Park, I enjoy leaving the park, hopping on the monorail, and enjoying a meal at Kona Café!  Kona Café is a table-service at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort.  You will need to make advanced dining reservations for this location, but the food is always amazing, and the downtime is just what we need to recharge and be prepared to enjoy the rest of our day at the Magic Kingdom Park!  Since your vacation is in September, I highly recommend making your advanced dining reservations as soon as possible.
