    Hello! Can I take the monorail to go from Contemporary Resort to Grand Floridian? We're staying at CR and have breakfast reservation at 9:05 on Jan. 1, how long would the trip take?

    Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel. How wonderful to ring in 2017 at Walt Disney World Resort! My family has had the pleasure of being at Walt Disney World Resort over New Year's Eve, and it's an unforgettable celebration. You are going to love staying so close to the magic at Disney's Contemporary Resort!

    It's easy and convenient to travel via the Walt Disney World Resort Monorail System. When leaving Disney's Contemporary Resort, the Resort Monorail will make stops at the Transportation and Ticket Center and Disney's Polynesian Village Resort before stopping at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. I would allow 15 minutes for the monorail ride plus time to wait for the monorail. So you do not feel rushed, I suggest allowing 40 minutes for the total trip.
