Is the monorail at Disney open in Feb 18-20 2027 or being reburbished

Hi there, Leeann! Welcome back to planDisney. The Monorail is such a fun way to travel around the parks, so I can definitely understand wanting to know if it’ll be running during your February visit! I’d love to help you take a look and see what your February visit will look like for you.

At this time, the Hours & Entertainment Schedule doesn’t extend far enough into the future to show the operating schedule or any planned refurbishment for February 18-20, 2027. 6 weeks before your arrival date puts you around early January, so I’d recommend checking back around then. That’s when you should have a much better idea of whether the Monorail will be operating during your visit or if any refurbishment is planned.

While you wait for that information to become available, there’s still plenty of magical planning you can do! Start making a list of your must-do attractions and favorite snacks, and consider whether Lightning Lane passes might be a good fit for your family. With three days to explore, having an idea of your priorities can help you make the most of your time in the parks. Dining reservations open 60 days in advance. You can also start thinking about which park you’d like to visit each day and any dining reservations you may want to make once your booking window opens.

Leann, thank you so much for visiting planDisney. I’m keeping my fingers crossed that the Monorail will be up and running during your visit so you can enjoy this classic way to travel around the parks! If you have any more questions as you continue planning, planDisney is here for you!
