Ahoy Bethany!
"Adventure is out there!" Sounds like I don’t need to tell you that because you already are planning an adventure at sea with Captain Mickey! Isn’t it WONDERful to have a MAGICal voyage on the horizon? A real DREAM come true, especially after the past year we’ve all had.
To make a Disney Cruise Line reservation, Guests have to pay an initial deposit, which is typically 20 percent of the cruise fare and is due within 24 hours of booking a specific sailing. I’m not certain which ship or itinerary you are planning on, but this is a good rule of thumb on the amount due.
Since deposit requirements are always subject to change, here’s how you can know for certain the deposit amount for any particular cruise. While on the Disney Cruise Line website, check out the
Destinations List for available itinerary options. Guests can enter the number in their party and stateroom category for pricing. Once ready, they can add that sailing to their Shopping Cart. The Shopping Cart screen will show the “Total Cruise Price” as well as the exact “Due Today Deposit” amount.
Once you have booked a vacation with Disney Cruise Line and made your deposit, then it’s up to you if you want to pay monthly or with a few larger payments spread out over time. So long as you have your cruise paid off by the Payment in Full date, you’re good to go!
“The wilderness must be explored!” Since there’s
so much to be explored on a Disney cruise, you might feel like Dug from the movie
Up who always gets easily distracted by squirrels! So that’s where we at
planDisney come in, willing to help you earn that Junior Wilderness Explorer badge...only this time it’s an At Sea Explorer “Ellie” badge. So send more planning questions our way as you chart a course for your version of Paradise Falls, this time with Captain Mickey at the helm!
SEA ya real soon!
