How do I see how much money I owe on my future reservations? I’ve tried to follow the directions and don’t see it anywhere…

Welcome to planDisney, Sarah! How exciting that you've booked a magical vacation to the Walt Disney World Resort! I'm sure you're counting down the days until your arrival; be sure to keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog as you count down to the fun so you'll be up-to-date on announcements and special offers before your visit!

Sarah, to find the remaining balance on your Disney Resort hotel reservation, first make sure you are logged into your My Disney Experience account and that you are the lead guest on the reservation. Once logged in, scroll down until you see My Plans, Reservations, and Tickets where you should see any existing and upcoming Disney Resort hotel reservations as well as dining reservations and theme park reservations. When you see your resort reservation, you should see your confirmation number and the financial information, including the remaining balance and the due date for that balance. If it is a vacation package, your balance will typically need to be paid in full online 30 days before check-in; if it is a room-only resort reservation, your balance due will be charged automatically to your card on file on the day of your check-in. If for some reason you do not see the option to make a payment or cannot find the balance due, you can always call a Cast Member at Disney Resort Hotel Reservations for assistance over the phone.

Sarah, I hope this information helps you to navigate your reservation details online! If you have any other questions, come on back to planDisney and let us know! We're always happy to help!

    See you real soon,
    Alison
