On Monday Dec 20th my plan is to see Fantasmic at 6:30 and then go to the MK for the nighttime parade and fireworks. Will I have enough time to see Fantasmic and get to MK by 9:00 for the parade? How do you suggest I travel between the two parks?

    Hi Lyndsay,

Although I've never tried it, your plan sounds like it could work.  After Fantasmic! ends, you'll want to head to one of the resorts on the Boardwalk.  The line for the boats could be quite long at this time.  If that's the case, I suggest taking the walking path to the Boardwalk area.  It's about a 15-20 minute walk at a leisurely pace.

From there, go to one of the resorts - I suggest Yacht & Beach Club.  Walk through the resort to the bus stop located at the front.  Then catch the bus to Magic Kingdom.

Hope this helps.  Have a magical vacation!

After spending 25 years in RI, my husband and I relocated to GA with our youngest, who is now in high school. I took my first trip to Walt Disney World when I was 11 and I have traveled many times since then with all different party sizes. From creating our first itinerary as a honeymooner to later creating magical experiences for our multigenerational family gatherings, every aspect of planning a vacation has been pure joy to me.  Learn More About Diane
