    Hi Mona, we are staying at OKW resort in a two bedroom unit in August. We did it thru an RCI exchange. Is there a way that I can contact DVC to request a first floor or HH accommodations? Thanks.

    Thanks for returning to the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.

    You can call Disney Vacation Club Member Services at 1-800-800-9800 with your request.  Even if you are not a Disney Vacation Club Member, you can explain when the cast member asks for your membership number that you are a guest who has exchanged in through RCI and they will be able to help you.  When you call the toll-free number, listen to the menu options and select the one for RCI.  When I called, this was first "1" to get to Member Services and then "4" to get to the cast members who specialize in RCI.  The process through which requests are handled may be a little different for those who come in through RCI; however, the cast member with whom you speak can assist you with this.  Also, please know that, Disney does their best to honor requests; however, they are not guaranteed.
