    Hi Mona Leigh, I'm a DVC member from California who's considering adding on points at the Villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. Do you know when this property is expected to open? Thanks for your help!

    Hi Courtney,

    I think it's wonderful that you are considering adding on points at a Walt Disney World Disney Vacation Club resort. The new Disney Vacation Club property at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa is sure to be beautiful.  Construction is underway and there are so many Disney Vacation Club members excited for the opening.

    At this time, Disney Vacation Club has not released an exact opening date; however, the Disney Vacation Club property at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa is projected to open in late 2013.  At this time, we do not know when points will be available for sale at this property.  

    We cannot wait to say "Welcome home!" to you over here on the east coast.  Please do let me know if you have any further questions.
