Hey Teresa-
One thing we love leaving behind on vacation is cooking and cleaning. With a Disney Dining Plan we let Mickey cook and the Magic Mops from Fantasia do the cleaning. There are some subtle (and some major) differences in the dining plans. Let’s walk through them and you can decide what is best for your family. These descriptions are per night of stay for each member of your party. This
plan link will help detail each plan.
Disney Deluxe, Premium and Platinum Dining Plans all include three meals, two snacks and a refillable mug. Credits may be redeemed for table or quick service meals.
So what’s the difference? Disney Deluxe Dining Plan guests have three meal entitlement per night of stay and use a single meal entitlement for most meals. Signature Restaurants and certain character meal experiences like Fairytale Dining at Cinderella’s Royal Table require two meal entitlements.
Disney Premium and Platinum Dining Plans also allow three meal entitlement per night of stay and use one credit per Character meal, Dinner Shows, Signature Restaurants and Private In-Room Dining. Pizza Delivery does require two dining credits. Victoria and Albert's is only included on the Disney Platinum Dining Plan.
A fantastic addition to the Disney Premium Dining Plan is the recreation package including water sports, horseback riding and miniature golf that will add hours of unique entertainment to your vacation spectacular. Disney Platinum Dining Packages include the recreation additions as well as a fireworks cruise and spa treatment. These packages take your Walt Disney World Resort getaway to a “Whole New World.”
I hope this helps set the table for a fantastic dining experience and trip.
Enjoy making many Magical Memories!
