Hi Moms! We're going to be arriving at WDW April 29th. We got the "buy 4 get 3 free" package Yay! When will we be getting our tickets? Do we get them in the mail or at check-in? Thanks, Kris

    Hi Kristine!

When you book a vacation package with Disney, your tickets will be issued to you when you check in at your resort. Your tickets will actually be on your "Key to the World" card, which acts as your room key, park tickets, and also holds your dining credits if you have the dining plan. If you place a credit card on file when you check in, you can also use your Key to the World card to charge purchases to your room. When you check out at the end of your vacation, you get to keep the card as a souvenir of your trip. You can continue to use your park tickets and dining credits after checking out.

Each person in your party will get a card, and each card has that person's name on it. This makes keeping track of which tickets belong to who much easier.

    Have a wonderful vacation!
