Hi Moms! We are visiting Disney Resort in May. My kids are really excited to watch the parade at Disneyland which I think is scheduled for 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. the days we are there. What is the best place to see the parade? Or a restaurant? Thank you!

    Aloha Tiffany,

I'm answering questions currently on an adventure in Maui! I'm so excited to hEAR you will be visiting The Happiest Place on Earth in May, I bet y'all are counting the Disney days down!

We love to watch the 6pm parade since the weather tends to cool off a bit in the California evenings- be prepared to pack layers. The parade route goes all through Main Street U.S.A. so Guests typically like to choose a place on the curb or just behind which is standing view; I recommend curbside if you want an up-close view. Some Guests choose to be in Town Square or "it's a small world" area. A family favorite of ours is on "the porch" which is located on Main Street U.S.A, across the street from Gibson Girl Ice Cream Parlor. Plan to get to this hidden gem early, it is worth it if you want to sit and have a relaxed view that is slightly elevated.

I hope this helps and that you have a pixie-dusted visit. If you have any more questions, please visit me here and let me know how I can help you plan your magical vacation.

    Wishing y'all a Fantasmic time!
