Hi Moms, We are staying at the Grand Floridian in April and I am wondering what the best mode of transportation is to Epcot - bus or monorail? The monorail sounds fun but does it take too long because of the transfer? Thanks

    Amy:

This sounds like a wonderful vacation.  Not many resorts can top the Grand Floridian experience.

The best mode of transportation from Grand Floridian to Epcot is monorail.  It's true that you have to transfer monorails at the Ticket and Transportation Center, but the wait for a monorail tends not to be too lengthy.  If you happen to be running late, you can always grab a taxi.  Taxis are generally waiting outside of the resort.

    Enjoy your vacation.
