Hi Karen!
You can find my family at one of the Walt Disney World water parks practically every weekend in the summer.
Disney's Blizzard Beach and
Disney's Typhoon Lagoon offer a wide range of attractions for all ages and each have their very own preschool aged area.
Blizzard Beach offers Tike's Peak, the perfect water play area for little ones. You will find shallow water, small slides and even a tube ride just for them.
Typhoon Lagoon's Ketchakiddee Creek has similar attractions in their preschool area including the tube ride and slides, but also has water cannons that you can play with in the S.S. Squirt tugboat.
Typhoon Lagoon used to be our "go-to" water park, but Blizzard Beach has won our fins. Tike's Peak has a larger play area as well as a few bigger slides for my 6 year old. There are even three racer slides that we can all go down together. We also love being able to use inner tubes in Melt-Away Bay, the wave pool at Blizzard Beach since my 3 year old isn't a strong swimmer.
Take a look at the
attractions for both water parks. You can sort them by height. Any attraction that is categorized as "Any Height" means the entire family can enjoy it together.
You can't go wrong with either water park, so are you ready to say, "Surf's up!" or "Let's hit the slopes!"?
Have a magical day!
Leslie
