    Hi moms,we are Dvc coming in Oct. We are,dissapointed that we weren't able to take advantage of the huge discount that was offered on annual passes late last year :( do you think maybe they will run the promo again this year ? Fingers crossed

    Thanks so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question about Disney Vacation Club.  My family and I have taken advantage of the member perk of discounted Annual Passes for a couple of years now.  It can really be a great savings!  Although I have no information on what discounts may be available in the future, I can share with you what is available currently.  Please do be aware that this perk is subject to change at any time.

    Disney Vacation Club Members can currently receive discounts on both Annual Passes and Premium Annual Passes to Walt Disney World.  Currently, a Disney Vacation Club Member can purchase an Annual Pass for $425.00, which is a $149.00 savings over the current price of an Annual Pass, which is $574.00.  Currently, Disney Vacation Club Members can purchase Premium Annual Passes for $559.00, which is $140.00 savings over the current price of a Premium Annual Pass which is $699.00.  Theses are some significant savings!  All prices here are before tax, so the total cost once taxes are included will be a bit higher.

    In order to qualify for these savings, you must be a Disney Vacation Club Member or a member of the immediate family of a Disney Vacation Club Member living in the same household.  When you purchase tickets, you will be required to show both your Disney Vacation Club card and a photo ID for any adults.  My wonderful fellow Disney Parks Moms Panelist and Disney Vacation Club Specialist Kari pointed me to this great site with further information about the annual pass savings for Disney Vacation Club members.
