Hi Moms..We will be in Disney World April 6-9th what do you think is the one must do thing we need to do with our teenagers and where is the best place to take them to eat. Also what is the one thing you suggest we do as adults alone in the parks.

I consulted with my 16-year-old daughter on this one and she says that a ride on Expedition Everest (at Animal Kingdom) is a must do for teens.  As for restaurants, she recommends treating them to lunch at the Sci-Fi Dine In (at Hollywood Studios).  I second that as a unique dining experience, but I would add another suggestion.  If your teens are into ice cream, you should definitely stop in at Ghirardelli Soda Fountain and Chocolate Shop at Downtown Disney for the ultimate sweet tooth indulgence.

As for an adult activity, I would suggest an evening stroll around the World Showcase.  It's absolutely beautiful when it's lit up at night.  You can pop into one of the eateries for a taste of authentic international cuisine, or maybe a glass of sparkling wine.  Top the evening off by watching Illuminations.  Pure bliss I tell you.
