    Hi Moms,we are coming may12 to wdw from uk this is our first visit and we are unsure how to carry our spending money? Are us dollars travellers cheques widely acceptable in parks etc to use as cash or can you easily change them to cash ? what do uk people

    Hi Christine!

    Thank you for sending in your question to the Walt Disney World Moms.

    In Walt Disney World, most guests use their Key to the Wold cards.  Basically, when you check-in you can "attach" a credit card to it.  Then you just need to carry it around Walt Disney World.  It acts as your room key, it can hold your theme park admission media, and you can use it to make purchases.  That's a lot easier than carry cash or traveler checks in my opinion.
