Hi Moms, So excited for our upcoming trip 10/3-10/11 and staying at AOA. We were just there last year in June and love that resort. Landing at 6:23pm. How soon will we be at our resort and will there be any parks opened to at least see a parade? Thx

    Hi Paula,

    How exciting!

It can take anywhere for an hour to three hours to get from the airport to your resort. It really depends on crowd levels, traffic and other factors. I usually plan on 2 hours and it seems to be about right. The October parks schedule has not been released yet. However, it should be out within the next few weeks. Keep checking the park calendars on the website. Most likely, the Magic Kingdom will be open late enough for you to catch a parade or fireworks upon your arrival.

    Wishing you a wonderful vacation,
