    Hello momspanel the count down is on 180 days till our 1st visit to WDW for Christmas!!!!!! How do we get Disney's Winter Summerland Miniature Golf Course from Downtown Disney? Is it better to go at night?

    Hi Denise!!!

    Congratulations on your upcoming Walt Disney World Christmas Vacation!!!  

    There isn't a direct route from Downtown Disney to Disney's Winter Summerland Miniature Golf Course.  Assuming that you do not have your own vehicle to drive to the golf course, I would suggest you taking a bus from Downtown Disney to any Walt Disney World Resort Hotel.  Once at the resort, wait for the Disney's Blizzard Beach Bus.  This route will often times be combined with Disney's Animal Kingdom since they are relatively close.  Once at Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park, the Winter Summerland Miniature Golf Course is a short walk across the parking lot.  

    If you are relying on Disney Transportation, your best bet would be to go during Blizzard Beach's operating hours (usually 9:00am-5:00pm.)  If you go in the evening, there will not be any transportation available at the Water Park to transport you back to Downtown Disney or wherever else you would like to go.
