Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I'm so excited that your family is planning another vacation to The Place Where Dreams Come True!

I have historically seen summer specials released at some point in the early part of Spring. Of course, we just never know and it's hard to pinpoint a specific time frame. I recommend that if you know which one of the Value Resorts you'd like to stay in and you know your dates, go ahead and make your reservations now so that you have your lodging all set. Be sure to keep a close eye on the Special Offers section of the Walt Disney World website for any special pricing that gets released. If a discounted rate comes available during your dates, you'll be able to call in and have the new rate applied to your package!
