    Hello Moms, My family is taking a 7 night Eastern Caribbean cruise. I wanted to know what your suggestions are for excursions. We have 14 yr. boy, 13 girl and 9 girl. Son is daredevil and 9yr old is not. I don't snorkel. Reasonable cost.

    Your crew is in for a vacation of a lifetime on your Eastern Caribbean cruise on the Disney Fantasy! I'm glad you are planning to venture ashore because the ports of call are stunning and filled with adventure!  My kiddos tend to be a bit more adventurous on our cruise vacations so your nine year old may surprise you on your sailing.
    In St. Maarten, I recommend checking into Family Fun, Beach and Nature Walk or the Rib Boat Adventure.  The Rib Boat Adventure does include snorkeling, but it is only one component and participation is optional.  When you visit St. Thomas, the Magens Bay Beach Break is a popular choice or the Kon Tiki Sightseeing and Beach Cruise.  On Castaway Cay, I suggest trying the boat rentals which can include the paddle boats, aqua trikes and stand-up paddle board.  Your daredevil might want to give the stand-up paddle board a try since the waves are quite calm.  The boat rentals cannot be reserved online so you will want to stop by Castaway Cay's Boat Beach when you are ready to experience 30 minutes of fun!
