Hello Frank! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! You must be so excited about planning your upcoming visit with your little ones! You are going to have the most magical time! What I love about Disney Dining Plans is that children under 3 are allowed to share from an adult plate at no extra charge, even at buffet-style restaurants like Chef Mickey&rsquo;s. You are also welcome to purchase additional meals from the menu if you prefer. Disney Dining Plans are so convenient, and really give you the feeling of an all-inclusive vacation. Don&rsquo;t forget to make advanced reservations for your favorite dining locations! I believe the most convenient way to do so is by using the My Disney Experience mobile app, but you can also call at (407) WDW-DINE or (407) 939-3463. Please note that you must include all members of your party in your reservation, even if they are under 3-years-old. This is very important so that Cast Members can plan for your sitting arrangements. Moms Panel tip: check out this great planning guide for pre-school kids and little ones.
