Hello Moms. If staying at a Disney resort, do you have access to pools in other Disney resorts? We are considering staying at Port Orleans Riverside.

    Hi Tiffany!

Thanks for visiting the Moms Panel with your question.

While staying at Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside, you'll enjoy usage of the five quiet pools around the property as well as the fabulous Ol' Man Island feature pool area which includes a water slide. Additionally, you're able to visit the neighbouring French Quarter resort and their Doubloon Lagoon swimming pool featuring another water slide. Since French Quarter is part of the Port Orleans Resort property you're able to enjoy double the fun while staying at Riverside.

Resort pools are intended for the enjoyment of Guests staying at each individual property and visiting other resorts' pool areas is not recommended and actually not permitted on several resort properties with gated pool areas. If you should want to enjoy additional water fun during your stay, consider a visit - or several - to the fabulous Disney Water Parks!

I hope this information is helpful to you Tiffany!
Please don't hesitate to contact me again if you have additional questions about your upcoming vacation. I'd be pleased to assist you further.

Wishing you a simply Magical time at Walt Disney World!
