Hi Moms Hope to be sailing on feb 18 2016 magic that only stops in castaway cay. Do you have to have a passport? This cruise does not stop in the bahamas or anywhere else.

    Aloha, Thomas!

I am crossing my fingers that you get on that voyage on the Disney Magic and enjoy 3 magical nights at sea and visit Disney's private island, Castaway Cay! That is a pretty awesome itinerary, actually - it's short and to the point. You will absolutely love the re-imagined, Disney Magic, as it brings you to the best destination out on the high seas. Though you're already living in paradise, I'm sure you'll have a pretty spectacular time enjoying Neverland... err, Castaway Cay. The warm and inviting Bahamian beaches are refreshing and everything on the island is pretty awesome!

Having a US Passport is a great plus, but it is not required for US Citizens traveling on a closed-loop cruise (departing and returning to the same US Port). You will still be responsible for providing proper travel documents for each traveler. In the absence of a passport, this would be a US Government issued ID (like a drivers' license) and proof of citizenship, such as an original birth certificate.

The AquaDunk will be waiting for you, Thomas! Please do let us know if you have any additional questions that we can help answer. We are always happy to help.

    Mahalo,
