    Hi moms-great pane:) Planning first trip and wondering which week would be a better week to fisit wdw; Dec. 1-8 or Dec 8-15. Please help!

    Hi Wendy! Tough choice but the good news is that I don't think you could go wrong with either week.  In the past the holiday Christmas parade has been taped at the Magic Kingdom the first weekend of December and sometimes this brings a few more people to the parks.  It is so hard to really predict the crowd numbers as every year it can change! December is still considered a great month to visit before the big holiday crunch begins around the 20th. 

    You will find dates for the special holiday events such as Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party and the Candlelight Procession during both weeks.  I am considering both of these weeks myself for a visit and will probably end up drawing straws but leaning towards the December 8 week!
