Welcome aboard, Leanne!
What a wonderfully long vacation you've got coming up. Traveling from so far away, you won't be disappointed to spend your long awaited vacation on a Disney Cruise voyage - you will absolutely have a blast!
Since you've got airline limitations on the amount of baggage that you get to bring, you've really got to plan your outfits well. Good thing there are laundry facilities onboard all the Disney Cruise ships, so that you can get your clothes refreshed once again. Dining onboard the Disney cruise ship will usually be cruise casual. In addition, your 7-night voyage will have 1 optional formal or dress up night. It's usually easiest to plan by bringing outfits that you would usually wear to a nice gathering like the clothes that you wear for special occasions celebrated over lunch or dinner. Kids will usually wear some sort of Sunday dress (though not sure if that makes sense to you). But it is the outfit that you would want kids to wear if they were meeting someone special on the same day :-).
Remember that you'll have lots of photo opportunities around the ship, so you definitely want to wear bright clothes that are comfortable and compliment you. Make sure to bring at least 2 swimsuits - so that you don't use the same bathing suit every single day. Nice collared shirts for men and boys are essential in our bags, since it goes well with jeans, khaki pants or khaki shorts. All of which you can wear to dinner in the evenings. Women and girls will usually bring a couple of sundresses, a few shorts & tops as well as a nice dress for an evening night out. Here are some additional tips about outfits on this

I hope this information helps, Leanne!
Have a great trip!
