Hi, Teresa!
Planning your upcoming vacation to Walt Disney World based on park hours is a very smart decision. That's my first step when planning any trip to WDW.
I'm looking at the August, 2013 calendar right now, too. See if you can click on this link for
Magic Kingdom Park, then take a look at the first box on the right side, just below the main photo on the page. There, you should see today's park hours and a little calendar icon to the right of the date. Click on that, and advance the calendar until you see August. When I click forward on the months of the calendar, currently I can go as far as late September (when the dates on the calendar change from blue to grey, you've gotten to the point when park hours have not yet been released.)
I know that WDW has changed over to a fantastic new version of their website, which runs very smoothly with their smartphone app, My Disney Experience. If you have a smartphone, you can pull up park hours using this app as well.
If it's still glitchy (and the transition has enabled some Guests to be able to access certain features sooner than others) send another question with the dates of your stay; I can at least help you get started by sending you park hours. :-)
