    Bonjour Patrice,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question!

I’m thrilled to hear that you’re planning to visit Walt Disney World Resort during the Holidays. Although it’s one of the most popular (read: busy) times of the year, there’s something just so magical about seeing the magic of Christmas with a Disney touch! Although we don’t have a ton of details about what types of Holiday events will be taking place at Disney Springs this year, in past years, Santa Claus has been receiving Guests at his “Chalet”, so there’s a good chance he’ll be there during your visit.

Be sure to visit the two links I’ve included in this answer and to keep checking the Disney Parks Blog as we get closer to December. That’s where you’ll find the most up-to-date information.

I hope my answer helps you plan a wonderful family vacation this year. Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions. Et n’oubliez pas que vous pouvez également nous poser des questions en français!

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
