As of this moment oct. 20, 2021. Jan 2023 is still not bookable for resorts. this is a quote form one of your answers "Rooms may be booked 499 days in advance". so when?

Royal greetings, Wendy! I'm so glad you dropped by planDisney with your question.

As a long-range planner myself, I appreciate wanting to book your Disney Resorts Collection hotel for 2023 and start dreaming about a Magical vacation. Now, Wendy, you are correct that many times my fellow panelists and I will answer guests' questions about booking a "room-only" reservation 499 days in advance because historically and typically that is how far out rooms become available. However, sometimes when the calendar turns to a new year (in this case 2023) the Fairy Godmother hasn't worked out all the Magic yet. While this is not an "official" answer, new years often bring new pricing, new amenities or other changes and it's possible that Cinderella's evil stepmother is thwarting Fairy Godmother's efforts to work quickly.

While likely not the answer you were wishing to hEAR, I encourage you to keep checking back as often as your schedule allows, bookmark the Disney Parks Blog (as announcements tend to be released on that platform first) and follow @planDisneypanel on Instagram so that you're among the first to know when 2023 rooms are available to book. Wishing you all the best for a vacation that fits as perfectly as that glass slipper!
