Mom of 3 year old twins. I want to take them on the Disney cruise is it doable? It will just be me. Husband will be deployed . If its doable will it be enjoyable for all of us?

    Hi Amber!

First let me thank you and your husband from the bottom of my heart for all of your sacrifices to our great country!

I can happily tell you that taking your three year old twins on a Disney cruise with you is very doable!  In fact, you'll have an amazing time on your trip.  The reason I love Disney cruises is that it gives you time for family, and time for yourself.  You will be able to sign your kids up in the Oceaneers Club and Oceaneers Lab where your children will be very well taken care of by Disney's Youth Counselors.  The daily activities are amazing!  My children have made Flubber, baked cookies, and tracked down the sinister plotter who stole Tinkerbell's Pixie Dust!

While they are off having a wonderful time, enjoy some adult activities.  Lounge by the adults only pool, enjoy some spa treatments, see a movie or, oh my gosh, TAKE A NAP!!!  You have to be exhausted!  Don't worry about the kids, you'll be given a pager if the club needs to contact you for any reason, and you can drop by to see them whenever you choose.

It's the best of both worlds!  You'll be able to spend a lot of fun time with the kids too.  The evening shows are extraordinary, and there are scheduled family time activities throughout the day.

I hope you get to enjoy a Disney cruise in the near future!  Again, please thank your husband for his service and dedication.  I love our troops!  Take care Amber:)

Magic Kingdom still takes my breath away, but my favorite place to be is on a Disney ship looking at the horizon and breathing in that crisp, clean ocean air!  I love planning Disney vacations for others and making sure it's more than they dreamed. Learn More About Marisol
