    Hi there moms! This mom is wondering what group child care is closest to the Grand Floridian, the quality of such, and how it all works; do you need to make reservations, are meals included, is it safe and pleasing. Any extra tips would be great. Thanks!

    Thank you so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. We on the panel love helping guests to plan magical vacations!

    My daughter absolutely loves a night at a Children's Activity Center at Walt Disney World. We often laugh that she looks forward to our adult nights out at Walt Disney World so that she gets a night at the Children's Activity Center! She has loved engaging in the activities at these, from arts and crafts to video games to playing with a wonderful selection of toys. We have always found the cast members who work at these to be engaging and good with our daughter.

    The closest Children's Activity Center to Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa is Lilo's Playhouse, located at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort. Lilo's Playhouse is one that my daughter requests often! On different nights, you will find programming including Lava Flow, Ratatouille Cooking School, and So You Want to Be a Pirate?. Yes, dinner is included, and I do suggest making reservations. You can make reservations by calling 407-WDW-DINE (407-939-3463).

    Overall, I highly recommend the Children's Activity Centers at Walt Disney World. I think that your children will love them, and you will get to spend a fun night out at Walt Disney World.
