Mom uses a wheelchair due to the amt of walking..bad feet. We never get a GAC, she has no problems that make her unable to wait in lines. We take the chair into the queues that you can like GMR @ HS. Will that still be the way it works? Trying to plan

    Hi, Deidre!

Great question...and it's always a great idea to plan ahead!

I found this great piece of information regarding wheelchair use at Walt Disney World on a Disney Parks Blog post about the new Disney Parks Disability Access Service Card. I think you'll find it helpful:

"Depending on the attraction, the Guest [who uses a wheelchair] will either wait in the standard queue or receive a return time at the attraction based on the current wait time. For some attractions at Disneyland Resort, these guests will go directly to an alternate entrance. Guests with additional needs should discuss them with Guest Relations." This means that there should be no change to the way you and your mother are used to touring Walt Disney World.

    Hope that helps, Deidre!
