Hello, my mom uses a scooter while at WDW. If we eat at the Garden Grill in EPCOT, will she need to transfer to a table and are all the tables booths, or are there tables with chairs available?

    Hi Stephanie,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us another question!

My friend used a scooter during one of our last visits to Walt Disney World Resort and we ate at the Garden Grill Restaurant during that trip. She was able to park her scooter right near the restaurant and we did have a table that wasn’t a booth (with pull-out chairs). That being said, if I remember correctly, the table was on the restaurant’s second level, which means that she had to go up 3 or 4 stairs to get there.

I believe that there are additional accommodations that can be made for Guests with limited mobility, so please don’t hesitate to ask when you check in for your dining reservation.

I hope my answer helps you plan a magical and safe vacation for your entire family. Please don’t hesitate to come back and visit us if you have any other questions.

    Have a Magical Day,

    Lynne
